∎ Assistant Manager, Compliance & Showroom/Warehouse Management will be responsible for regulatory affairs & compliance of showrooms/warehouses and inventory monitoring/audit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain 5S of all showrooms and warehouses, supervise developments and repair works.
∎ Ensure regulatory affairs and legal compliance of all showrooms and warehouses.
∎ Monitor inventory, conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and efficient inventory management.
∎ Coordinate with business on inventory operations.
∎ Supervise field compliance officers, collect and analyze showroom/warehouse-wise audit reports.
∎ Oversee all operations related to the establishment of new showrooms/warehouses.
∎ Negotiate dealings and maintain cordial business relationships with vendors.
∎ Prepare monthly/periodic inventory and audit reports and share with the internal audit dept. and senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to showrooms/warehouses.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
