Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the entire export process from order receipt to delivery.

  • Coordinate with international clients to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

  • Prepare, review, and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients to achieve customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.

  • Address and resolve issues related to product quality, shipment delays, and other client concerns.

  • Analyze and report on export-related expenses and budgets.

  • Implement strategies to optimize the export supply chain and reduce lead times.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

  • Assist in developing and implementing export marketing strategies.

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products.

  • Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels for export orders.

  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or excess stock.

  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and obsolescence.

  • Prepare regular reports on export activities, including shipment status, costs, and compliance issues.

  • Analyze export data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

  • Manage export reports such as sales reports daily basis, weekly and monthly, and all kinds of export-oriented modules required from management.

  • Should have strong knowledge about SAFTA, Customs handling, C&F Agent Communication, ERP software system run, Delivery Order, Export LC, Documentation Prepare and Reporting.

  • Others – as per business need.
