Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Assembly, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Health Safety and Environment, ISO (QMS EMS OHSAS), Manufacturing and Quality, Plant Management, Plant Operation, Production, Production Process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Bicycle, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge of Vehicle Assembly & stream line manufacturing
∎ Vehicle build for all FERT codes , sub assy fixtures, tools ,tackles & trolley design.
∎ BOM correction, documentation, reports etc.
∎ Prepare AOS & SOP for all the models, develop new processes within system.
∎ Calculate capacity & line balancing, Process flow diagram, time study skills/MOST.
∎ UCR management, audit experience, CFT member in all projects.
∎ Manage and implement engineering changes.
∎ To monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule of equipment
∎ To monitor and improve Safety, TPM, 5S score of his cell through continuous improvements.
∎ To improve the quality level and skill of associates in maintenance by continuous monitoring and imparting training to associates
∎ To monitor and maintain stocks for consumable spares.
∎ To maintain safety of equipment's by monitoring safety interlocks.
∎ Manage Systems and Equipment Data Storage and Maintain High Level of Standers and Accuracy.
∎ Ensure HSE Policies and Implement Efficient Manpower Planning to Achieve Daily, Monthly Production Target.
∎ Daily planning of factory and production flow operations.
∎ Use resources to manage and improve productivity and output.
∎ Coordinating with other production engineers and supervisors.
∎ Review production process and identifying issues.
∎ Monitor costs and implement cost saving exercises.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years experience of working in Automobile/ Engineering Industry
∎ Keen to adapt new projects & challenges
∎ Hands on experience in KD operations & packaging
∎ specifically in Vehicle & Engine Assembly
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD Design 2D, 3D
∎ Sound knowledge in Automation is Preferable.
∎ Strong communication and coordination skills
∎ Lean manufacturing experience and Responds to changing environment
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
