Must be energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring accountability of all books, publications, magazines, exhibits and library furniture’s
Ensuring proper management of all books
Aggregating the requirements of various books/ magazines of different sections/ departments and sending them to the librarian for completion of purchase process along with quotations
Ensuring accession registration and proper management of all books
Ensuring issuing of all books/ magazines as per policy
Ensuring penalty for keeping books beyond prescribed period
Any other tasks assigned by the authority
