• At least 2 years

• Experience on related field is preferable

• Age at most 30 years (may be relaxed for experienced candidate)

• Excellent organizational and communication skills competence in both oral and written English

• Excellent Communication skills

• Highly developed and effective interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective and harmonious relationships with staff, faculty, students, alumni, representatives of other universities etc

• Must be energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic

• Ensuring accountability of all books, publications, magazines, exhibits and library furniture’s

• Ensuring proper management of all books

• Aggregating the requirements of various books/ magazines of different sections/ departments and sending them to the librarian for completion of purchase process along with quotations

• Ensuring accession registration and proper management of all books

• Ensuring issuing of all books/ magazines as per policy

• Ensuring penalty for keeping books beyond prescribed period

• Any other tasks assigned by the authority

Salary: Grade -10 (As per AIBA Salary Policy compatible to govt. salary grade).
