Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Master of Education (M.Ed)
∎ Degree/Master’s Degree from any reputed University.
∎ Master’s Degree (M.Ed.) or B A (B.Ed.) from any recognized College/University will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and follow a full schedule of activities and explore suitable teaching material.
∎ Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance child’s abilities.
∎ Research, collect and compile the appropriate teaching material for the children.
∎ Plan and design daily lesson, extra-curricular & creative activities for children accordingly.
∎ Maintain a safe and clean class environment.
∎ Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track.
∎ Coordinate with the parents and update them about their child’s performance regularly. Answer their questions calmly.
∎ Observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of concord.
∎ Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action.
∎ Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources.
∎ Should possess strong listening skills.
∎ Should possess physical and mental stamina required to oversee large numbers of young children on a daily basis.
∎ Must have the mentality to attend staff meetings and training sessions on regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have excellent knowledge in child development and up-to-date education methods
∎ Should have experience to prepare the Lesson Plan.
∎ Strong communication and time management skills.
∎ Should have typing skills in Bangla (Bijoy 52) and English language to prepare questionnaire.
∎ • Work well in team-oriented environment and have strong ability in communicating with kids, parents and supervisors.
∎ • Computer proficiency in MS Office, (Bangla and English typing) Excel and Power Point.
Salary: Negotiable
