Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide guidance, technical support and training to all team mates.
∎ Coordinate with management, purchase dept. automobile department for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of each and every equipment and machinery.
∎ Explain new technology, machinery available in market to suit our requirement.
∎ Capable of executing timely and cost effective establishments of new projects.
∎ Expansion, modification and updating of existing equipment and machinery.
∎ Good report writing skill for submission of technical evaluation and proposal for improvement works
∎ Supervision of all relevant functional wings (i.e. civil, mechanical etc) of activity of Technical Department.
∎ Development engineering team including training and coaching to technicians for implementation of departmental goalKeep the safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians.
∎ Any other jobs & tasks assigned from time to time by the management.
