∎ CA (advance level) / ACA, CFA, MBA (Major in Finance) from DU, NSU, Brac university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and maintain company's financial statements complying relevant standard.
∎ To develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
∎ To negotiate with Bank & NBFI for lines of credit and other financial services as required and appropriate.
∎ To ensure all statutory requirements are met including NBR, RJSC, Customs etc.
∎ To develop and maintain standard systems for cash management, credit control and fund management.
∎ Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure organizational risk are minimized.
∎ To take initiative to maximize company's income and worth.
∎ Prepare and present various MIS reports to reporting management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s) working experience in a Manufacturing Company
∎ The applicant should have managerial experience in the Group of Companies or Multinational Companies.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to change.
∎ Should have strong analytical and conceptual skills in business operation and finance.
∎ Must be skilled in use of IT and ERP.
∎ Good proficiency in English.
∎ Ability to work to deadlines with good prioritization and time management skills.
∎ Should have practical experiences in Tax and VAT management.
