∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Architecture from any public/Private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
∎ Performs design and construction management skills during the project's life cycle.
∎ Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies for the projects.
∎ Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the Division/project goals and objectives. Strives to achieve the goals of the organization for diversity and disadvantaged business enterprises participation
∎ Prepares and makes presentations to various groups, governmental and private organizations and interest groups, as required
∎ Coordinates architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and systems
∎ Prepares tender analysis report and negotiate with contractors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3Ds Max, Revit
∎ At least 10 year(s) professional experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Hospital, Real Estate, Architectural firm.
∎ Excellent oral & Written communication skills with strong command in MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work order dates.
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
