Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
∎ Post Graduation in Finance/Accounting, preferably with CA CC or CMA partly qualified.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC or CMA partly qualified.
∎ Skills Required: Business Planning and Budgeting, Expert in Quickbooks, Finance/ Accounts, VAT Tax Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fluent In English
Job Responsibilities:
∎ *(Manage all accounting operations, including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Costing, and Revenue Recognition.
∎ *Prepare financial statements with comprehensive analysis of all financial reports.
∎ *Develop and maintain yearly budgets, forecast, and track variances.
∎ *Conduct bank statement analysis and perform bank reconciliations.
∎ *Generate various types of management reports and statutory reports.
∎ *Maintain U/S 75A for source tax return, U/S 108 return, U/S 108A return, and statements of Tax deduction. Calculate and deduct taxes at source for all employees.
∎ *Ensure compliance with VAT regulations under VAT and SD Act, 2012 & VAT and SD Rules, 2016.
∎ *Handle activities such as Purchase Book (Musak 6.1), Sales Book (Musak 6.2), Debit Note (Musak 6.8), Credit Note (Musak 6.7), VAT Deduction at Source & issuance of certificates (Musak 6.6), Mushak 6.10, Monthly VAT returns (Musak 9.1), VAT Deduction at Source & as per demand.
∎ *Regularly participate in meetings and effectively communicate with foreign stakeholders.
∎ *Willingness to take on any additional tasks as requested by the company's management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Post Graduation in Finance/Accounting, preferably with CA CC or CMA partly qualified.
∎ Possess 3-5 years of relevant job experience in finance or accounting.
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and taxation regulations.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to prepare accurate financial reports and perform data analysis.
∎ Proficiency in financial software applications and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Must have fluency in English.
