Job Context:
∎ This is a factory level job. The incumbent should have to stay at Factory premises with single accommodation facilities.
∎ The selected personal should have the leadership ability with the attitude to play as a team member of the MID level Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
∎ Organizing teams to ensure 24-hour coverage
∎ Monitor breakdown, preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance and Troubleshooting of machines and equipment such as HVAC system, Boiler, Generator, Chiller, Remote Raditor, Air Compressor, WTP etc.
∎ Preparing and Update Single Line Diagram (SLD) for all the panels,
∎ Testing, Scanning and making reports on Different electrical safety related test,
∎ Collaborate and ensure timely maintenance of Utility Machinery. Calculate and Prepare plans to minimize different costing on utility supply.
∎ Checking and preparing documents to ensure Factory licenses.
∎ Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust equipment
∎ Collaborate and ensure timely maintenance of Utility Machineries.
∎ Organize training / motivation program for the employees under span of control.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials
∎ Maintain up to date procedural manuals, equipment and system drawing, performance file, service charts and equipment inventory data.
∎ Any other assignment given by superiors.
∎ Ability to clearly and concisely record information as per SOP
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with the procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Preparation of materials requirement and monitoring delivery, stock and consumption status.
∎ Perform additional tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2-5 years work experience in Industrial Engineering with medium flour and poultry feed factories.
∎ Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system of programming skill with troubleshooting of PLC System.
∎ Sound knowledge in Design & Drawing of SLD and ELD, Electronic Systems, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Electronic Testing Design, Project Management ability, VFD and Auto CAD software.
∎ Good Technical & Organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in both written & spoken English.
∎ Strong interpersonal & leadership ability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel, Internet & E-mailing.
