Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or
∎ Mechanical Trade Course (Minimum 3 years’ trade course or HSC)
∎ Skills Required: Well conversant with computer literacy.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Tiles/Ceramic
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create detailed working drawings of dies and moulds for the production of tiles and bricks, ensuring precision and accuracy.
∎ Generate assembly drawings, isometric drawings, orthographic views, sectional drawings, and both 2D and 3D drawings for dies and moulds used in tile and brick manufacturing.
∎ Perform measurements and calculations for different types of gears, ensuring accuracy in design.
∎ Conduct measurements and calculations for various types of sprockets to meet project specifications.
∎ Utilize Vernier calipers and micrometers for precise measurements, maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Create sketches to assist in visualizing and communicating design concepts.
∎ Develop elevation and sectional drawings for industrial sheds, staff quarters, and office buildings.
∎ Perform land measurements using metric and British systems, creating drawings for new project layouts and factory layouts.
∎ Assist in designing and detailing steel structures, including iron sheds and frames.
∎ Produce detailed automobile parts drawings adhering to industry standards and specifications.
∎ Communicate effectively through email for project-related correspondence and utilize MS Word or Excel for note sheet writing.
∎ Any other job as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Effective communication skills
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Must be proficient in creating precise and accurate mechanical drawings. Also, should know civil and architectural drawing.
Must be able to draw and sketch freehand.
Must have a clear understanding of orthographic view, sectional view, and projection.
Must be proficient in operating AutoCAD software. Should be proficient in 2D and 3D drawing, and know MS Word and Excel.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements.
