Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating team spirit and managing teams.
∎ Preparing and executing plans for day-to-day activities.
∎ Maintaining a harmonious relationship at the workstation.
∎ Reporting to the coordinator.
∎ Participating in preparing and designing plans for innovative projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ You must have the mentality to do hard work during office hours and sometimes under pressure. You must be proficient in using computer. There are six working days in a week.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 22500 (Monthly)
∎ Employees will get two festival bonuses per year, equivalent to their basic salary. The basic salary is half of the total salary. There will be a six-month probation period. During the probation period,you will get 20000 (twenty thousand) taka per month. After successful completion of the probation period, you will get 22500 taka per month. There will be a 10 percent increase in the total salary each year.
