∎ Department: Office of the Controller of Examinations
∎ Location: University of Skill Enrichment and Technology (USET), Narayanganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-Examination work:
∎ Conducting examinations in a disciplined and efficient manner;
∎ Arranging question papers with strict regard to secrecy;
∎ Maintaining data from the module handbooks regarding the scheme of the assessments (on Semester Basis)
∎ Pre-Printing of Examination Stationary (question papers, answer scripts, transcripts etc.)
∎ Conductance of Examination and Preparation of Results:
∎ Arranging the evaluation of answer-scripts in accordance to the given schedule
∎ Distribute pre-printed stationary (as per requisition to departments)
∎ Maintain the records of each component of assessment (on Semester Basis)
∎ Helping in processing results (on Semester Basis)
∎ Serving the declaration of results (on Semester Basis)
∎ Post Examination work:
∎ Review the system of examinations constantly in order to enhance the level of impartiality and objectivity
∎ Forming mechanism of grievances (On Semester Basis)
∎ Receiving the verification and revaluation email from students
∎ Making the arrangement for distribution of degrees, diplomas, certificates and transcripts
∎ Issuing duplicate transcripts and certificates (if lost)
∎ Making the statistical/other examination information available to UGC/Government time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) in the office of controller of examinations
∎ Sound knowledge in operating the University Management System and excellent computer operating competency.
∎ Responsible for ensuring and maintaining strict secrecy/confidentiality of all information related to the examinations and result publications.
∎ Candidate who lives near Narayanganj will get preference.
