• Strong knowledge of traditional Bangladeshi recipes, spices and cooking techniques.

• Ability to prepare a wide range of Bangla meals, including fish, meat, vegetable and rice-based dishes.

• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented, hardworking, and responsible.

We are looking for skilled and passionate Assistant Chefs specializing in Authentic Bangla Cuisine. The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in preparing traditional Bangladeshi dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Bangla dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.

• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients.

• Assist in food preparation, ingredient handling, and inventory management.

• Follow food safety regulations and company guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
