Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture from any recognised University/ Institutute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare details working drawing with specification & information etc.
∎ Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
∎ Making perspective (3D) view and animation of building/structure.
∎ Build landscape, architectural and display models.
∎ Organize complete set of drawings and supply to implementation unit.
∎ Make necessary modification, if any, considering the site requirements.
∎ Prepare drawings for different Govt. and Local Authorities for approval.
∎ Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information & drawing in written or electronic/magnetic form.
∎ Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs with architectural design solution.
∎ Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.
∎ Prepare as built design of completed projects.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Auto cad 2D & 3D Max, Animation
∎ Effective Communication
∎ Knowledge on RAJUK & Other design approval authorities rules and regulations.
∎ Design Standards.
∎ Dealing with complex environment
∎ Facilitating and encouraging open communication in the team
∎ Informed and transparent decision making
∎ Demonstrated ability to work in a team and to develop networks and collaborations accordingly.
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in related Architectural farm.
