Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ A Master degree in any subject from a recognized university
∎ Educational qualifications can be relaxed for the exceptionally competent candidates.
∎ Good written and oral communication ability in both Bangla and English
∎ At least 30 WPM and 25 WPM typing speed in English and Bangla respectively
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Office management, file maintenance, implementation instructions of the authority
∎ Supervise the employees; lead the administrative department (deputy registrar)
∎ Establishing effective communication with the students, guardians and other stakeholders through physical visit and virtual communication.
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the university authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least seven years of experience (for Assistant registrar) and 12 years of experience (for Deputy registrar) in a reputed organization
∎ Experience in the University will be preferred
∎ Strong work ethics and self-motivation
∎ High level of awareness about organizational rules, regulation, etiquette and discipline
∎ Attitude and ability to make frequent travel
∎ Ability to supervise people
