∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Sound knowledge in Accountancy & Financial analysis.
∎ Proficient computer literacy (Microsoft Office packages specially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point etc. and web browsing & Email. )
∎ Proficiency in using Accounting Software like Tally (and/or similar Accounting Software) will get preference.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to Drive Motor Bike will get preference;
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain the Cash Book, Bank Book, General Ledger, Customer & Vendor Ledger and Journal record properly.
∎ To check and ensure that suppliers’ payment is accurate and all payment are properly authorized and timely made.
∎ Checking and verifying the payment with bills and analyze the nature of expenses to assure operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure periodic balance confirmation for Accounts Receivable and Credit Monitoring & Credit Control.
∎ Perform Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Perform Inventory reconciliation with Headquarter, Factory & Regional Warehouse.
∎ To prepare various report like Monthly Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory & Bank liabilities.
∎ To make calculations according to declared incentive program.
∎ Communicate with Bank, Govt. authorities and any other related organizations as and when required.
∎ Conduct Factory & Regional Offices’ Audit and submit financial & Non-financial audit report based on audit observations.
∎ To Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements.
∎ Conduct relevant Financial Analysis & interpretation.

∎ Job Description/Responsibility:
