Candidates with a MBA in Accounting will be given preference.
Must have the mindset to work on off days.
This is a project -based job and duties must be performed from within the project location.
Leaving the workstation without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain ledger, cash book, money receipts (MR), and related records.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain petty cash.
Monitor attendance.
Prepare supporting documents for payments.
Assist in payroll preparation and disbursement.
Communicate with suppliers and clients.
Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
