Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ACI Motors Limited, one of the subsidiaries of ACI, deals in Automobile & Agri-machineries such as; Motorcycle, Tractor, Power Tiller, Harvester, Diesel Engine, Pump, Generator and Construction Equipment.
∎ We have a strong market position in motorcycle unit by creating a positive impact on young minds with our world-class brand 'Yamaha'. Yamaha has a strong market position in 150cc segment with its premium products; i.e. R15, MT15, FZS. Yamaha also provides alternative options to its customers with Saluto (125 cc), Scooter.
∎ Achieve the Daily production target based on the production plan.
∎ Ensure quality standards & assemble defect-free motorcycles.· Supervise and monitor the production process.
∎ Maintain assembly tools, accessories & other consumable materials and also contribute in stock management process.
∎ Identify the required tools, accessories & other consumable items and issue requisition.
∎ Monitor various machine operations under the assembly section.
∎ Ensure that team members follow defined assembly procedures & comply with quality requirements.
∎ Monitor & develop team members through various trainings & guidance to achieve the target.
∎ Ensure implementation of 5S practices to maintain cleanliness at the workplace.
∎ Monitor & maintain all safety equipment and tools.
∎ Ensure daily, monthly and yearly production reports as per management requirements.
∎ Required documents prepare for the new model.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
