Responsibilities & Context:
Teaching drawing, painting, coloring, craft, sketching, etc.
Planning simple to creative art lessons according to age and class
Teaching the use of colors, brushes, pencils, paper.
Encouraging students to develop creativity and imagination.
🧠 Student evaluation and guidelines:
Monitoring and giving feedback to students' work
Encouraging talented students separately.
Handwriting :
Teaching students beautiful and clean handwriting
Fixing Bengali and English letter formation
Teaching them to write on the line, maintain spacing and size
Pointing out mistakes and making them practice regularly
Checking handwriting books
Giving separate guidance to weak students
