∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer Sales, Distribution Sales, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distribution management
∎ To achieve primary & collection target
∎ To achieve coverage target
∎ To achieve productivity target
∎ To develop & train the sales force
∎ Credit management
∎ Manage key retailers with direct engagement
∎ To work under sales pressure & as a team member
∎ To Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products or services
∎ To Keep up-to-date of competitors information
∎ To explore new Key Account Outlet (Electrical Outlets)/retailers
∎ To ensure the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of the team member
∎ To explore new markets/uncovered areas.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sales & Marketing Department, Distributor Management, Field Management, Credit Management, Stock Management.
∎ Candidates must have at least 5 to 6 years practical experience in same industry (Consumer Electronics) or distribution business.
∎ Well Groomed
∎ Annual Business Plan for the designated area
∎ Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the assigned territory.
