Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good communication skill in English.
∎ Supervise daily Sales & Trade Marketing activities.
∎ Must be energetic and able to work under pressure.
∎ Create new customer and generate sales.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and good sales & marketing knowledge.
∎ Identify key customers and maintaining a good, long term relationship with them.
∎ Plan, develop and implement an effective sales & marketing strategy.
∎ Ability to create new dealer cum distributor to achieve the companies targeted sales.
∎ Ensure product proper placement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well personality,honest and good looking.
∎ Experience in selling DOC (Day Old Chicks) will give more preference.
∎ Basic Computer knowledge is a must.
∎ Highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
∎ Acceptance of extreme job pressure & willing to travel Continuously.
∎ Good skill in English both speaking and writing is needed.
∎ Microsoft office operation skill is required.
∎ Healthy and smart is required.
