Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales strategies & setting targets to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
∎ Ensure proper investment by the distributor & profitability of the Distributor.
∎ Maintain & increase standards of customer service.
∎ Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach sales target to form an efficient and effective sales team.
∎ Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla both written and verbal
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Adaptability
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature
∎ Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
∎ Ability to travel
∎ Ready and willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
