Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales strategies & setting targets to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
∎ Ensure proper investment by the distributor & profitability of the Distributor.
∎ Maintain & increase standards of customer service.
∎ Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach sales target to form an efficient and effective sales team.
∎ Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.
∎ Ensure maximum vertical & horizontal outlet coverage through secondary focused activities.
∎ Effective management of cash business in assigned area.
∎ Focus on qualitative business matrix to ensure sustainable business platform in assigned area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to travel.
∎ Adaptability.
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.
∎ Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
