∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Accessories, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Optimism and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
∎ Ensure hygiene & cleanliness in all shop which are in concern area
∎ Ensure sales increase in his concern area
∎ Lead a team of sales executives in retail towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
∎ Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines
∎ Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
∎ Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
∎ Report to RIC on progress and issues
∎ Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ With Profit Sharing 5000/- and above, depends on your drive.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
