Job Responsibilities:
∎ Optimism and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
∎ Ensure hygiene & cleanliness in all shop which are in concern area
∎ Ensure sales increase in his concern area
∎ Lead a team of sales executives in retail towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
∎ Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines
∎ Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
∎ Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
∎ Report to RIC on progress and issues
∎ Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Personeel from Mobile Industries will get preference
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ With profit sharing averaging 5000 bdt and above but depnds on your own sales capabilities.
TA/DA fixed Area wise.
