Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings
∎ Creating architectural visualizations, in the form of photo-realistic still renderings, animations, and VR content
∎ Creating 3D models and assets for renderings of residential, commercial, and infrastructure interiors and exteriors
∎ Collaborating with team members to create captivating imagery that conveys design vision and storytelling
∎ Full delivery of 3D assets in high and low definition depending on briefs.
∎ Will have full control over modeling, texturing, lighting and baking of textures and models
∎ To follow guidelines and creative direction
∎ Ability to problem solve, blending 3D renders and photography seamlessly together when necessary to create convincing realistic imagery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of 3DS Max and Vray
∎ Knowledge of Solid Work, AutoCAD, Lumion
∎ Experience in developing ArchViz applications using Unreal Engine/Unity
∎ Excellent graphical representation, 3D visualization and rendering skill
∎ Exceptional time-management, an eye for detail, calm under pressure, an excellent problem solver, organized and meticulous with your files, collaborative, curious, a keen learner, and want to be part of an amazing, fun team
∎ An eye for materials, colors, finishes and a drive to create photorealistic images and animations
∎ Inspired by the complex interactions of light and materials in reality—manual placement of lights with a photographic approach is key
∎ Be excited about problem solving difficult visualization tasks to build a compelling photo-real visual output
∎ Has a strong background in product visualization
∎ Extra credit if you have scripting knowledge (i.e. Python), and have basic knowledge Alias / Rhino data prep
