Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architecture/ Exterior and Interior Design concept, conceptual planning, detailed working drawing, 3D visualization and cost estimation.
∎ Complete construction documents, assist building plan and material presentation.
∎ BOQ preparation (material estimation, cost estimation, price quotation).
∎ Preparing Interior 3D visualization & working drawing,
∎ Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals for prospective client.
∎ Applicant must be very familiar with AutoCAD (2D/3D), 3D Studio Max, Revit, Sketch up & other design presentation and modeling software knowledge.
∎ Preparing architecture plans, specifications, Rajuk sheet prepare & others.
∎ Understand the client's requirements and achieving their desires through design.
∎ Responsible for surveying project sites and analysis.
∎ Preparing design options as per project requirements.
∎ Executing the project by coordinating project-related personnel.
∎ Concept developing & project planning.
∎ Providing all kinds of plan, elevation, detailed drawing, working drawing, specification & 3D presentation.
∎ Report regularly to authority and appraise the progress.
∎ Responsible for managing primary inventory works, drafting the space plan for site management and supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferred experience in hospital and school construction projects.
∎ Must have at least 10 years' experience in Designing, Interior Design, Planning, Project Management, Coordination and Visualization.
