Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Architecture (M.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare architecturally and Interior Designer Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skills.
∎ Good 3D visualization and rendering skills.
∎ Innovative and skilled in design development.
∎ Develop concepts and detailed designs and drawings.
∎ Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
∎ Coordinate with other departments.
∎ Drafting the drawings as required.
∎ Can work under pressure.
∎ Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
∎ Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
∎ A candidate who knows Sketch up & Lumion will get preference.
∎ Research and gather information on material and product sourcing.
∎ Vast knowledge in FAR (Floor Area Ratio) calculation.
∎ RAJUK / CDA Drawings preparation.
∎ Experienced in hotel/project/apartment/housing will get a special preference

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Graphics Design, Interior Design.
