Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Architecture from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare design (interior, & landscape architecture) concept, plan, elevation, detailed & working drawing, and 3D visualization and prepare BOQ & specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial building and factory design & drawing.
∎ Keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Maintain communication with clients. Moreover, meeting with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.
∎ Excellent knowledge on materials.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal/ sample board to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as execution.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing as per clients demand.
∎ Drawing preparation as per clients demand.
∎ Organize working team for site survey and give them directions.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Distributing work among architects and CAD operators.
∎ Follow up costing process.
∎ Making guideline for presentation.
∎ Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery.
∎ Take sample approval from client, along with marketing team.
∎ Market analysis for proper product knowledge and provide new product/concepts.
∎ Follow up the project execution regular basis (visit work-sites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans).
∎ Sound knowledge in modern design & drawing.
∎ Independently work with in-house design team for on time design submission as required by department head.
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Should have the quality to monitor, supervise, and lead the design team or any other works assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 year(s) of professional experience.
∎ RAJUK accordance & alliance, BNBC, Computer proficiency in AUTO CAD, 2D, 3D Max, Visualization, Lumion, Photoshop rendering, etc.
∎ Interior and exterior of building, apartment, retails stores & factory design with 3d visualization.
∎ Architecture firm, developer, engineering firms, interior design, real estate
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ High preference on Sketch up skill.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Innovative and skilled in design development.
∎ Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
∎ Have the passion about green building architecture.
∎ Research & source materials independently according to the project type & budget.

Salary: Negotiable
