Korean Language Instructor (Train the Trainer Program)
EZ Trainz কোরিয়ান ভাষা শেখানো ও দক্ষ Instructor তৈরি করার লক্ষ্যে উদ্যমী প্রার্থীদের জন্য Korean Language Instructor Apprenticeship Program চালু করেছে। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীরা ফ্রি কোরিয়ান ভাষা প্রশিক্ষণ এবং প্রশিক্ষণ শেষে Instructor হিসেবে চাকরির সুযোগ পাবেন।
🔹 প্রশিক্ষণ সংক্রান্ত তথ্য (Apprenticeship Period)
• ফুল-টাইম কোরিয়ান ভাষা প্রশিক্ষণ
• TOPIK Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3 প্রস্তুতি
• TOPIK পরীক্ষার সম্পূর্ণ প্রস্তুতি ও সার্টিফিকেট নিশ্চিতকরণ
• TOPIK পরীক্ষার সকল ফি অফিস বহন করবে
• কোনো কোর্স ফি নেই (সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি প্রশিক্ষণ)
• প্রশিক্ষণ শেষে ফুল-টাইম Instructor হিসেবে কাজ করার সুযোগ
🔹 Instructor হিসেবে যোগদানের শর্ত
• TOPIK Level 3 সম্পন্ন করার পর Instructor হিসেবে যোগদান করা যাবে
• Instructor হিসেবে কোম্পানিতে ন্যূনতম ৩ বছর কাজ করার মনোভাব থাকতে হবে
🔹 যোগ্যতা
• যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি
• শিক্ষকতা পেশায় আগ্রহ
• ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা
• ফুল-টাইম প্রশিক্ষণ ও ফুল-টাইম চাকরিতে আগ্রহী
🔹 প্রশিক্ষণকাল (Apprentice)
মাসিক Apprentice Allowance: ১০,০০০ টাকা
🔹 প্রশিক্ষণ শেষে (Instructor)
মাসিক বেতন: ৩৫,০০০ টাকা
বার্ষিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট: ১০,০০০ টাকা
বছরে ২টি ফেস্টিভাল বোনাস
ক্যারিয়ার গ্রোথ: Instructor → Senior Instructor → Academic Coordinator
