This is a skills-first role. We priorities demonstrated, hands-on command of the tools and competencies above over a fixed number of years. Candidates from training, EdTech, corporate L&D, or technical delivery backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply, and prior training or facilitation experience is a significant advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI Trainer to design, develop, and deliver advanced, practical training in AI, Generative AI, and AI for Business. The role centres on translating complex concepts into clear, usable lessons and guiding learners through real-world, tool-based projects. Selected candidates will first be trained on our methodology and toolset and will then deliver training to our valued clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging AI, Generative AI, and AI-for-Business training programs for professionals, students, and corporate clients.

• Conduct seminars, hands-on workshops, and instructor-led sessions on the tools and topics listed below (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, n8n, and Zapier).

• Understand client requirements and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to scope, plan, and tailor each training engagement.

• Break down technical concepts into clear, digestible lessons for non-technical audiences and professionals.

• Record, produce, and publish courses on the company learning management system (N+ / nplus.global).

• Keep all training content current with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices.

• Guide learners through capstone projects and structured career tracks.

• Collaborate with curriculum designers and provide constructive feedback to strengthen programs.

• Track learner progress using a data-driven approach and report on outcomes.

Maintain a disciplined, continuous self-study practice to stay at the forefront of AI.

REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS (MUST-HAVE)

Demonstrated, hands-on command of the following is essential:

• Generative AI Tools: Practical proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude (including Claude Cowork and Claude Code), Google AI Studio, and NotebookLM.

• AI Agents — No-Code / Low-Code: Building and deploying AI agents and automations using n8n and Zapier.

• Vibe Coding & Rapid App Building: Solid understanding of “vibe coding” concepts, with hands-on experience using Lovable and Firebase.

• Prompt Engineering: Strong command of prompt-engineering principles and techniques across leading large language models.

• AI Tool Fluency: Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work to plan, create, and accelerate delivery.
  

• Data & Business Intelligence: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, AI-assisted data analysis, and modern AI spreadsheet tools such as Bricks.

• Professional Certifications: Google AI, IBM Machine Learning, Microsoft AI, or equivalent are encouraged but not mandatory.

Industry Exposure: Experience in EdTech and corporate EdTech, Multinational Companies (MNCs), Training Institutes, and Learning & Development (L&D) environments.

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Strong facilitation and training-delivery ability; prior training experience is highly preferred.
