About the Role

We are looking for an AI Trainer Intern to join our training team for a structured internship. You will learn our training methodology and toolset, support senior trainers in live sessions, help prepare course content, and practise delivering short sessions yourself. This is a practical, learn by doing role for someone who wants a career in AI training and corporate learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior trainers in preparing and running AI, Generative AI, and AI for Business workshops and instructor led sessions.

• Support live sessions by helping learners with tool setup, exercises, and questions, for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, n8n, and Zapier.

• Take part in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) meetings and help document client requirements.

• Prepare slides, demos, exercises, and handouts that explain technical concepts in simple language.

• Help record, edit, and upload course content on our learning management system (N+ / nplus.global), and share short summaries of new AI tools with the team.

• Support learners on capstone projects and track their progress, attendance, and feedback.

• Deliver short practice sessions and demos, and act on feedback from your mentor.

• Follow the learning plan set by your mentor and maintain a regular self study routine.

• Share ideas with curriculum designers to improve existing programs.

Required Skills (Must Have)

You do not need to be an expert, but you should already be using these tools.

• Generative AI Tools: Regular, practical use of ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio, or NotebookLM for study, projects, or work.

• AI Agents: Basic understanding of AI agents and automation. Experience with n8n or Zapier is a plus.

• Rapid App Building: Familiarity with the concept of vibe coding. Having tried tools such as Lovable or Firebase is a plus.

• Prompt Engineering: Working knowledge of how to write clear, effective prompts for large language models.

AI Tool Fluency: A habit of using AI tools in daily tasks to plan, create, and work faster.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Data and Business Intelligence: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or AI assisted data analysis.

• Certifications and Courses: Google AI, IBM Machine Learning, Microsoft AI, or similar online courses, completed or in progress.

• Exposure: Prior involvement in a training institute, EdTech company, student club, or Learning and Development setting, including peer teaching or mentoring.

• Willingness to learn facilitation and training delivery from experienced trainers.

• Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
