Job Context:
∎ We are looking for talented persons with good personality for Accounts and finance department.
∎ Experience in spinning mill work will be highly appreciable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage financial systems and budgets
∎ Undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organization’s financial position)
∎ Review the company's systems and analyses risk
∎ Perform tests to check financial information and systems
∎ Advice clients on tax planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize their tax liability) and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers
∎ Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information for small businesses (accountancy)
∎ Advise clients on business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions (corporate finance)
∎ Counsel clients on areas of business improvement, or dealing with insolvency
∎ Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise
∎ Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
∎ Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
∎ Prepare daily vouchers, cash book, ledger, fixed assets register, stock register and other registers as required.
∎ To ensure daily data entry in the 'Tally' software.
∎ Maintain banking / finance related various activities.
∎ Dealing with Bank transaction and Bank reconciliation
∎ Communicate with relevant stakeholders on financial issues.
∎ Prepare procurement related papers, budget and financial statements
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ CA Completed.
∎ The applicants should have certain working experience as 05 years Manager of Companies.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skill and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge E-mail, Internet, word and excel is must.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solving & analytically
