∎ Excellent knowledge of financial statements and financial statement analysis, including an ability to analyze cash flow and the impact on the financial statementsStrong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral thinking skills.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate.
∎ Deep understanding of banking relationships and financial instruments.
∎ Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
∎ Experience in the banking or financial services industry preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Candidate provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization.
∎ He supervises the accounts & finance department is the unit head spokesperson for the organization.
∎ As a part of the Top management candidate will directly assists the management on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.
∎ Monitoring and checking of all types of expenditure for ensuring accuracy of transactionsEvaluation and ensuring proper internal control system in all areas as per requirement.
∎ Forecasting of cash flow and works relating to Restructuring/ Re-financing of the Company .
∎ Ensures the fund received & disbursement/payments & reconcile it time to time.To prepare, distribute and archive audit reports and conduct audit follow up.Assists contribute to design & development of internal audit tools & systems.
∎ Expose financial operation, accounting & reporting, crafting and developing internal control system.Define, design and analyze business process and monitoring cost and profitability statement. Planning for long term and short-term capital requirements.
∎ Manage the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
∎ Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
∎ Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and reduce costs.
∎ Liaison with all banks management for conducting smooth fund management as well as sound business operation of the company.
∎ Must have knowledge of software-based accounting i.e. Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally ERP& SAP)
∎ Maintain in time for repayment of loan/ investment installment to avoid charging penal interest by the bank as well as avoid loan classification.
∎ Should have depth Knowledge about foreign fund for renewable sector, Bangladesh Bank's Scheme, Refinance Scheme etc.Engage in the activities related to the Finance Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cost management, cashflow management, cost and profit analysis, etc.Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and work closely with the operation and project teams in analyzing cost analysis.
∎ Work on LC, Bank Guarantee, Performance Guarantee and other related issues.Maintain coordination and collaboration of Income Tax, Customs and VAT authority and ensure required compliance with regulatory standards.
∎ Understand taxation policy to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance of all Laws, Rules & Regulations.Supervise, monitor and control the assets management and movement.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.
