Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and execute Marketing plans aligned with the ambitions of all the sister concerns of Rangs Group
∎ Conceptualize and plan the execution of product-specific marketing and branding initiatives in close coordination with the Sales Head and respective product head
∎ To coordinate closely with the Principals to meet the Brand and Marketing activities requirements in a win-win situation as per shared budget and ensure effective execution
∎ To assess marketing potential and competitor strength to strategies moves for all the sister concerns of Rangs Group to ensure a stronger foothold in terms of market share and sales to achieve and exceed targets
∎ To harmonize sales, service, and brand requirements, short-term & long-term ambitions of all the sister concerns of Rangs Group in strategizing and implementing marketing drives.
∎ To ensure adherence to the budget and ensure the efficiency of expenditure
∎ To execute effective Digital Marketing activities for all the brands and sister concerns of Rangs Group
∎ To provide Marketing collateral supports to Sales & service team of different brands and different concerns
∎ To provide creative direction to the creative members of the Marketing department for creative designing, video making, and copywriting
∎ To manage the whole Marketing team and ensure close coordination on strategic drives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3/4 years of experience to lead a team.
Salary: Negotiable
