Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting and Finance.
∎ FCA is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of financial planning of the Group.
∎ Preparation of Finance Budget such as finance cost, fund requirements, loan re-payment etc.
∎ Managing Low Costs finance.
∎ Able to writing letters in English to Bank /NBFI for:
∎ a) L/C opening
∎ b) L/C Amendments/ LC retirements
∎ c) Documents receipt
∎ d) Term Loan
∎ e) Short term Loan/ working Capital (LC, LATR, OD, Time Loan, BG etc.).
∎ Renewal of banking facilities, stimulus package, loan restructuring negotiation for commission, LC charges & other charges work order Finance etc.
∎ Analyzing Financial Facilities as sanctioned by the Bank / NBFI.
∎ Preparation of deed of agreement.
∎ Liaison with Bank /NBFI regularly.
∎ Monitoring all Financing activities of the group.
∎ Negotiation with Bank/ NBFI for sanctioning Loans and Loan drawdown.
∎ Supervise the operation of Accounting & Finance functionalities of the Group.
∎ Update monthly bank accounts, making bank reconciliation and prepare report for the management.
∎ Good knowledge about International banking and international trade.
∎ Good knowledge about Foreign and Fund Management/network & able to collect it for the Group.
∎ Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for LC and Banking purpose.
∎ Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period.
∎ Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs & Bangladesh Bank etc.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. offices, Banks, Insurance and other related office.
∎ Handle other work assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate having experience in Bank / NBFIS/ Insurance (Foreign Exchange & Investment Division) shall be given preference.
