∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare monthly reconciliation. Prepare loan statements and treasury plan.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT, SEC & Bangladesh guidelines and Banking.
∎ Sound knowledge in maintaining process costing & inventory control mechanism.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it Interact with internal & external Auditors from time to time Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 47 years
∎ Ability to effectively direct and supervise team.
∎ Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications i.e. SAP, TALLY etc.
∎ Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
∎ Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
∎ Must have the practical experience in the position of Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager at least 03 years and the total experience should be not less than 10 years in the Accounts & Finance Department of Textile/ Garments sector.
