Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounts, Finance
∎ CA/CMA Qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the overall financial management including budgeting, forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing the risk of investments, etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ To assist management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently.
∎ To ensure all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies.
∎ To prepare all annual VAT, TAX & AIT papers for the lawyer.
∎ To achieve accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, completing
∎ audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
∎ To prepare long, medium and short term financial plans and financial reports.
∎ To review monthly financial position of the company & provide time-to-time information to the management regarding financial status.v
∎ To categorize all transactions in accounting software so that the financial reports reflect correct position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 years' experience in Manager level
∎ Strong leadership skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar in ERP

∎ Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
