Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic treatments preferred (freshers with strong interest can also apply if you want to open it up).

Knowledge:

• Understanding of skincare science, dermatological procedures, and cosmetic treatments.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to counsel patients.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients.
• Professional presentation and grooming.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and ethical.
• Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional staff.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and treatment methods.

Office Time: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations to assess skincare and aesthetic concerns.

• Provide expert advice and counselling on appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.

• Educate patients about the value proposition of Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals products and treatments.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and preferences.

• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to deliver comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in skincare and aesthetic treatments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent).

• Valid medical license to practice in Bangladesh.

• 2-3 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
