∎ A bachelors degree from 4 year university, or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide proactive analytics support to our clients via insightful story-telling rooted in data to support existing a new advertising partnerships and campaigns
∎ Work closely with clients to create reports that meet the needs of individual campaign objectives and KPIs.
∎ Proactively identify trends and present them to the client.
∎ Analyze data from analytics packages, and internal data and make actionable decisions and recommendations to management teams.
∎ Manipulate large, multi-faceted data sets such as pivot tables and V-look-ups, with precision to show larger scale optimization trends.
∎ Be a subject matter expert around research, measurement, and reporting.
∎ Independently generate monthly campaign performance analysis and other reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 38 years
∎ Degree in mathematics, statistics, or related field.
∎ 2 years of relevant working experience in Digital Analytics and Research.
∎ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
∎ Strong project management skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to create analyses that move beyond an explanation of 'what happened' to 'why it happened' and 'what should be done'
∎ Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik, a plus
∎ Ability to communicate complex ideas to external client.
∎ Experience coding in R / SQL / Python is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value, ROI, a plus.
∎ Experience with Google Analytics, social analytics, data integrations, media analytics, and client databases, a plus.
