∎ 🎯 Position Overview
∎ We are seeking a dedicated Post-Admission Executive to manage applications, secure admissions, and support students in the visa and travel process to European countries.
∎ 🔧 Key Responsibilities
∎ ✅ Application & Admission:
∎ Communicate with students to understand academic goals
∎ Apply to European universities and ensure timely submission of documents
∎ Follow up with universities and confirm offers/admissions
∎ Guide students in accepting offers and preparing financial documents
∎ ✅ Post-Admission Support:
∎ Assist students in preparing and submitting visa applications
∎ Coordinate with embassy/VFS offices and track visa progress
∎ Support with accommodation, travel bookings, and pre-departure arrangements
∎ Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation for all files
∎ Liaise with universities, embassy representatives, and internal teams
∎ ✅ Requirements
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in admission and/or visa processing for European countries
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferred: English, Business, or International Relations)
∎ Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to handle multiple student files efficiently
∎ Organized, detail-oriented, and student-focused
∎ Basic computer and documentation skills
