Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with potential students via phone calls, emails, and messages.
∎ Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
∎ Counsel and guide students to choose the right course based on their educational background and career goals.
∎ Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
∎ Maintain and update the lead database and report daily activities.
∎ Assist in handling student queries and concerns related to the admission process.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
∎ Must have very good Communication Skill online/on-site.
∎ Must have a confident mind to give presentation in front of camera or host in seminars.
∎ Must have basic ICT skills such as Microsoft office, zoom, emails etc.
∎ Bachelor's degree/ in any discipline.
∎ Previous experience in sales, customer support, or counseling is preferred.
∎ Excellent communication and convincing skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
