Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide information and advice about colleges and universities, including their requirements.
∎ Prepare and design program reports for customers.
∎ Learn about academic programs, non academic offerings and requirements of various institutions, and teach our sales representatives through various workshops.
∎ Follow up with students to get their final answers on their program choice.
∎ Assist customers in submitting university and college applications through application portals.
∎ Book meeting with students to clarify shortlisted institutions if students have any questions or changes their program choice leading to re-creation of report.
∎ Work with Admission and Visa Counselors to request, organize, review, and verify customer documents.
∎ Call the student, verify docs are uploaded properly, Confirm application by payment.
∎ Conduct scholarship research.
∎ Facilitate, coordinate, and submit student and tourist visa applications.
∎ Offer expert guidance and counseling to prospective international students on the visa application process, including requirements, documentation, and timelines.
∎ Optimize Visa Operation process for Connected.
∎ Evaluate student profiles to determine eligibility for different visa categories based on education, country of origin, and career aspirations.
∎ Collect documentation promptly and prepare accurate visa applications.
∎ Compile all docs nicely in PDF and organize based on the IRCC document category.
∎ Follow Up with Student to receive all required docs by set deadline.
∎ Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service to ensure a smooth process.
∎ Stay updated on immigration regulations and policies related to student visas in various countries, including procedural changes, requirements, and restrictions.
∎ Monitor compliance with visa regulations, track students' visa expiry dates, and assist with extensions or conversions when needed.
∎ Verify All Documents one last time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 31 years
∎ Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
∎ Excellent English-language skills are required.
∎ At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position or in an administration job.
∎ Familiarity with education research, international counseling, overseas admission, student counseling, and university admission processes.
∎ Previous experience as an international student (not compulsory, but a plus).
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
