Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to admissions and visa processing for international students.
∎ Prepare all the necessary documents required for the student's admission and visa application.
∎ This includes providing guidance and support to students, communicating with educational institutions and immigration authorities, assisting with student recruitment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
∎ Provide information and advice about university and colleges, including their requirements.
∎ Gather and research information on university and college program for customers.
∎ Open university and college applications for customers through application portals.
∎ Work with visa counsellors to request, organize, reviews, and verify our customer's documents.
