Additional Requirements:

• Age 24 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:

• Online and on-site student counseling for Europe (Hungary, Greece, Latvia, Estonia)

• Guide students during university application

• Guide students through the visa application process

• Check and verify all required documents

• Monitor changes in visa policies and update internal teams and students accordingly

• Ensure clear Communication with students regarding timelines and necessary follow-ups

• Schedule embassy / VFS appointments

• Prepare and submit complete visa files

• Track application status and follow up with students

• Communicate with embassies and visa centers

• Stay updated on visa rules and requirements

• Train students for visa interviews

• Maintain accurate records of all visa cases

• Report visa updates and outcomes to management
