∎ Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within English medium schools.
∎ Prior experience as an Admissions Officer or in Educational Marketing is highly desirable.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email correspondence.
∎ Skilled in social media management and digital outreach.
∎ Organized, proactive, and confident in public relations and student engagement

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle admission inquiries and procedures effectively.
∎ Manage the full admission process, including student inquiries, campus visits, application follow-ups, interviews, and final enrollment procedures.
∎ Promote the school through strategic communication, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, email responses, and social media engagement.
∎ Develop and execute marketing and outreach plans for student recruitment and branding, both online and offline (brochures, banners, events, etc.).
∎ Organize and represent the school at promotional events, open houses, parent meetings, education fairs, and community engagements.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, media, local organizations, and educational networks, serving as the public face of the school.
∎ Collaborate with the school management team to ensure admission targets are met and the school image is upheld in all communications.
