Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA in Finance/Accounting from any reputed university with ICMAB (intermediate) or 1000 marks completed.
∎ Skills Required: ERP, Export & Import, ORACLE EBS, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost & Management Accounting, Expenditure tracking, Forcasting, Product Costing and budgeting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking all sort of cost & finance related work.
∎ Prepare the feasibility analysis of new project.
∎ Prepare the variance analysis report.
∎ Costing system development and implementation.
∎ Target Costing set and root cause identification for variance.
∎ Prepare & formulate annual budget.
∎ Monthly, quarterly, yearly reports preparing and presenting to management.
∎ Standard Costing, ABC Costing, Pre Costing & Post Costing.
∎ Conversant with Import/Export Cost, Income Tax & VAT Issues.
∎ Meeting financial accounting objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Monthly JoB v BoM variance analysis and determining rout cause.
∎ Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements related to Costing issue.
∎ Maintain relations with external/Internal auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations and comply accordingly.
∎ Advanced computer skills, including advance Excel and financial reporting software (Oracle EBS, ERP).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capability feasibility analysis of new project.
∎ Must have adequate practical knowledge on Budgeting, Costing, Landed Costing of Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light & Heavy) Industries.
∎ Must have adequate practical knowledge on AWB, BL, BOE and other import related mode/expenses/cost.
∎ 3-4 years proven track record/experience in Costing Department.
∎ Knowledge and ability to use of ERP software applications (Oracle EBS) will get preference.
∎ Leadership capability and team building efficiency.
