∎ Accounts Trainee Opportunity at SMARTMATRIX PTE. LTD.
∎ Job Type: Trainee
∎ Duration: 6 Months
∎ Work Hours: 10am - 6pm, Saturday – Thursday
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts Trainee is expected to support SMARTMATRIX PTE. LTD. Accounts department. Specific job description includes:
∎ Shadowing members of the accounting department as they perform their duties.
∎ Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
∎ Learning how to work as part of the accounting team to compile and analyse data, track information, and support the company or clients.
∎ Keeping petty cash & check supporting papers/documents of day-to-day expenditures when required.
∎ Preparing necessary Invoice/Bill and relevant vouchers for every transaction (receive & pay).
∎ Communicate with banks and other related parties for accounts purpose physically/email or letter.
∎ Assist with maintaining fixed assets register and other related records.
∎ Perform other relevant duties/ tasks assigned by supervisor/Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Eligibilities:
∎ Must be a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance graduate
∎ Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of management accounting and financial principles.
∎ Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
∎ Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
∎ Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Eligible Regions: Bangladesh
