Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of daily financial transactions.
∎ Prepare and posting of all types of Vouchers.
∎ Prepare and maintain requisition slips & bills.
∎ Preparing necessary accounting statements and submitting financial reports.
∎ Maintain Cash Book, to keeps records of day to day expenditures and closing cash books on a daily basis.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Petty Cash Management.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by authority from time to time.
∎ Visit or coordinate with the customers to collect necessary compliance documents for internal audit.
∎ Support Finance Coordinator to facilitate audit activities.
∎ Followup with the due payment collection matter by communicating with the customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must (eg, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
∎ Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
∎ Must have an Advance understanding of the accounting process of VAT and Tax.
∎ Highly professional and self-motivated.
∎ Good Command in English and Bangla (speaking, reading, writing).
∎ Candidate should enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
∎ Ability to work in a stressed environment if required.

Salary: Negotiable
